Panama City ... and a dorm room called 7.
Fresh off our boat ride to Panama we arrived in Panama City. Really quite the spectacle. We rocked up at a place called 'Luna's Castle' - at this point we really didn't know how much this place would effect the rest of our lives.
We did the tourist thing on the first afternoon and checked out the Miraflores Locks at the Panama Canal.
After this short sting on the tourist trail we visited the bar onsite at Luna's called 'Relic Bar', happy hour here really gets you in the mood, the cerveza of choice - Balboa. We ended up meeting a bunch of really cool Aussies at this place who were travelling with their own beer bong (funnel) which took us all to extreme places.
A few nights later we thought we had really exhausted our welcome at Lunars Castle and I decided to continue my journey with my new found friends to a small part of Panama called 'Santa Catalina', which also included Balboa and a really fun reef break called 'La Punta'.
